Ryan Miles donated and delivered a corner from Washington School. Washington School filled the block where Replex now stands. After it was no longer in use by school district it was purchased for a small fee by the LeRoy Recreation Committee which later became the LeRoy Community Park District. The school was torn down and a community pool was built at that location. Several years ago the pool was deemed unsafe and Replex was built to replace it. Washington School housed the high school at one time and later it held grades one through eight. The corner was placed in the museum’s perennial garden by the front door.
